Denmark as the Better Place

Time flies when having fun, and I've completely been neglecting my blog. I returned from a mini-break in Denmark nearly a week ago, and I'm only finishing this post now. Hmmm!

Imagine Copenhagen, or any big city for that matter. Remove the noise and pollution from cars. Hear the birds sing, breathe the air, see life...

Wednesday evening (10 days ago, that is) I went for a test drive experience with Better Place together with two friends. We got insight into how energy can be used and not abused. I'll admit I didn't have high expectations, but the new electric cars from Renault look just like normal cars! Acceleration was better than most "normal" cars, the noise was almost gone, it was actually possible to hear the conversations going on in the back seat!

I might not be about to buy a new car right now, but I like what the future has to offer and very much hope to see more inventions like this.
