I've arrived. The destination is completely and utterly irrelevant, I don't want to leave the hotel. A new feeling all together, but...
She upgraded me to a better room. Nothing too unusual in that, it happens all the time, only this time I really like the room. Let's see, where shall we start?
Right inside the room you find the wardrobe. But when you open the door, you realise it's more than just a wardrobe. There's a mirror with light above it and a perfectly good hair dryer right beside it. There's even a shelf below the table for brushes and such.
Moving on, there's the TV. I normally don't care, but this one looked interesting. You can plug USB thingies and what-not into it, and that just had to be tried. Now I'm watching movies and I don't plan to stop any time soon. This is great! The TV is big, big, big, but it's the box below it where you plug stuff in I'm really interested in. I wonder if that needs to stay in the room when I leave...?
On to the desk. OK, no proper light, but I'll forgive them. You can plug in USB things here too to charge phones and such. It's brilliant!
On the little footrest they'd left a bed/tray table. It came in handy when I started writing Christmas cards while sitting in the bed. I can't really tell if the bed is any good yet, so that leave the bathroom. I was disappointed at first. No bath. But the shower is MEGA BIG and has a hand shower AND a huge big shower in the roof. Oh my, it's good!
Am I really only staying two nights...?

I think if you try to take the TV box with you all sorts of loud alarms go off.
I'm glad to hear you finally got the perfect room, but I have to ask: How's the restaurant?
so you got the hook up on the room...nice....sounds like the week is off to a great start...
@ Roy - I left the box in the room, as you suggested. The restaurant was good!
@ Brian - That room was right in so many ways!
I wonder if you could record through the tv box usb thing. You know, 'pirate' movies? ;-)
Love a good hotel room.
